Panic about the Huddersfield budget for next season.....

He makes a good point though. It's common sense more season tickets you sell, the more you have to spend on players. Off the back of the 'Flicker Revolution' and with hopefully reasonably priced tickets there is no reason we can't sell 10k season tickets ourselves. I still wish as a club we'd give it a go at the price of season tickets being based on how many we sell, so more that buy the cheaper it is but making sure the same revenue is being brought in. Then.....

    1) Players have more fans behind them in the ground.
    2) Possible transfer signings are more interested in joining and playing in front of a fuller stadium.
    3) Increased sales of programmes etc.

"Financial fair play means clubs have to develop income streams"

I'd rather spend all the money on players than a scoreboard or ground facilities etc etc..

"We have tried to keep prices as similar to last season as possible. They are effectively at League I level, but we will hopefully be playing Championship football"

£499 for the top price renewal! Contrast that with ours which was under £400 last season.

I thought that! Are we charging League 2 prices or is that really really expensive?

I wonder what Robbo will do if they cut the player budget...

To not modernise our facilities is just plain stupid and lack of fore thought
