Nice Yorkshire villages, where would you recommend?

    I'm dabbling with the idea of re-locating back to Yorkshire and fancy a quiet rural life, possibly even the coast. I fancy North Yorkshire, as I already know South. I will still be spending a bit of time in London so that is a consideration when choosing where I go. I don't drive either but plan to start.

    Interesting distraction from the fact we're facing relegation with half a team!! :D

    I'd love it, but very little available for tenancy rents, just holiday lets. I'd certainly do 6 months there.

    Me too, it's all wnk, that's all you need to know.

    Whitby is a good shout. I love it for little holidays, worried it might lose it's magic if I lived there. Richmond is nice too.
