Nice Yorkshire villages, where would you recommend?

    Somewhere around Pickering or maybe Helmsley. Pickering is a sweet spot because you can easily hit all the coastal resorts and the North York Moors. Also easy to backtrack to York and then to Oakwell.

    Exactly what I was thinking mate, got the NY Moors railway there too and the coast liner. :)
