    I'd go to the Wig and Pen, owned by the same folk who have the Milestone. Gastro pub but top notch.

    Very low brow stuff.

    I suppose the food is OK if you've had a bottle of tequilla before it turns up.

    Tried it and one Chef Tyke recommended and about a dozen others. All booked solid. Eventually got a place at a chain Italian.

    Serves me right for leaving it so late.

    Agreed, decent food. I recommended silversmiths to jay which is supposed to be good. If you are ever down Eccy rd, relish is good and cricket inn in totley very good. Marco at Milano is good Italian but a little bit out of it on archer road.

    Relish was very good for a casual meal, not cheap but good. A bit out of town though

    I would go again but always fancy someting different

    Not really ventured into sheff apart from a last minute El Paso debacle.

    Went to a fantastic spot in York called Cafe No 8 which was superb. Highly recommended, as is Meltons (York)
