    I hope not, the victims and their families deserve a lot better than that. One coward escaping justice is bad enough but for them both to escape it is a tragedy in itself.

    New England does not have the death penalty but because its investigated by FBI it makes it a Federal crime so he could get the death penalty.

    theres a huge thing here at the moment of whether they should have read him the Miranda rights when they made the arrest.

    some are saying yes others are saying they did the right thing. Personally i dont think hes in a state to understand that anyway. Hes not died yet but still critical
