I havn't got a season ticket because I can't make every home game due to other commitments that can't be changed. Have only missed 3/4 home games and been to a fair few away this season. For me, £20 is very very reasonable. It's not about the cost though really, It's about the attitude of the people. People from tarn would rather complain about the team they never watch than get behind em. Like many others have said, if we were in the play-offs/top 2 at this stage of the season the next game would be a near sell out.
I'll say it again. Make it £20. Just £20. None of this £23 unless you can buy in advance thing - it's only £3, I know, but the hassle involved puts many folk off, especially if they don't live near tarn. Twenty of your English pounds, at the ticket office or on the turnstile. Every turnstile. Hand over a £20 note, in you go. It won't have Oakwell busting at the seams, but might swing it for a few extra folk.
