    For the record i am not watching Man Utd v Villa.

    Rooney has been poor for quite a while now.He is at an age where he will not get any better or quicker. Some blinkered people speak of him in the same league as Messi and Ronaldo. He's not even close. Happy now?

    60/70 million? of course they would like that for him. Sadly no one will spend that much on him now. Good player but his best days are behind him in my opinion.

    Really? Also i've not actually slagged Rooney off. I just feel he has reached a peak and will not become a better or quicker player.
