IMG_4494.JPG Something like that, the most original 18th century spun glass. Costs a bloody fortune that stuff.

    Nice :D

Only seen the ones in local books. In The Market there are a couple of dozen on the wall in "our" room but they are the ones you see in most places. We still take pleasure explaining em to the "tourists" though ;)

    Not changed much.

I went skinny dipping in there quite a bit growing up. Then fishing as I got older, plus a bit of pitch and putt with r old boy.

    Still love Elsecar.

Phil if you think Rooney is a talent you should have been around to watch Gazza at his best; you would have been soaked in drool.

I thought it looked like King Street, but I lived there 20 years ago, not 70. :D

That's heading up towards Hoyland, train station would be a bit further up on your left. A lot of those houses went when they widened the road. My Mam and Dad used to have that mock Tudor bungalow opposite the station and Clothiers Arms. Before they got us, moved out because of rats!

$T2eC16VHJIQE9qUHtHBcBRcDVKM(u!~~60_12.JPG Just got this mad one from ebay too, you see it in the books. Got it for £10 buy it now, if he'd auctioned it he would have got 60 or 70 easy.

No mate. But I do have a lot of Wentworth Castle, Stainborough Park and Rockley. That's one end of the area I collect Wentworth Village is at the other. Basically everything between the two big Wentworth houses.

Me and Shenk are originally from Hoyland, he's from the top end and I'm from the bottom. We went our entire school days together in the same class. I haven't seen him since I left for London 20 odd years ago, though he's been threatening to take me for a gallon or two!!
