    ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

he's a really good player who will get better.

I noticed you didn't say about him playing on the left.
There a team. He's done well, Jones aswell with Rooney. Ferdinand smalling aswell.

Lot of English players that are very good.

It's about as boring has your Carrick thread yesterday. All the commentators say opposite and again tonight.

A centre forward playing on the left! Where have I heard that before?

    It's part of winning.

Listen to SAF and listen to what he says about Welbeck.

Aye, Heskey worked hard for the team too and countless England managers thought he was a good enough player to put in their team..... Regardless, he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo.

I'd like to bet bobby hassell could work equally as hard for the team up front and still score more goals than him.

Thing is though at 23 Heskey was more or les first choice for both club and country.

    Welbecks neither for his club.

He is in and around the England squad due to the lack of quality and options that we really don't have these days. If he played for Everton or Newcastle he'd be nowhere near the national team.

IMO Fergie is the greatest manager ever but lets not forget, not all his signings or players he's brought through the youth system have been amazing.

    Wallwork
    Kleberson
    Djemba Djemba
    Taibi
    Clegg

And so on and so on.

    He's shi.t.

If he were at another club no one would care about him.

Welbeck wouldn't have got anywhere near the England team in years gone by.

I saw him play for England against Brazil at Wembley and he was bloody awful, it was as if he'd won a competition to play with the England team.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

I once saw him stay on his feet. True story. Didn't fall over or anything. Well, not straight away.
