    Maybe for the best?

    Let the big boys have thousands of kids in their academies all over the shop, leaving us no need to bother funding an academy, as we'll pick up all the discards at 18-21. They can only have so many players in their first team squad so they'll be releasing lots of young kids.

    maybe thats the case but that one gem we discover and nurture ( john stones ) is now possibly going off to big club a b or c who before were not allowed on our patch, mind as we are so close to so many other clubs the 90 minutes rule wasnt much cop for us in the first place.

    the main point though was that before these new rules spurs did not have training session in portsmouth, now they do this can only mean there is a possibility the local clubs dont get first pick of talent any more.
