    While you're here paul:

Every team in league two has finished the season with more points than they've played games. Aldershot, the bottom team, have 48 points from 46 games. Is this unusual?

The alternative would be to either go via Wakefield Kirkgate or make your way to somewhere like Dewsbury or Brighouse for pre-match beers

Train to Huddersfield, then wait for the Police to round us up at the train station to put us on waiting buses to be driven to a pub 5 miles out of town and driven in 15 mins before kick off, like last time.

So we're make plans to deceive them.

The Huddersfield service has always been run by the old 'bus on rails' type train, can't see that changing as a one off. Shame really as the trains they use for the expresses to Leeds and Sheffield are quite plush these days.

Just drive and then park in one of the many all-day car parks around Huddersfield or up a side street near Almondbury for free (bit of a walk but worth it imo).

The 0758 from Hudds is two carriages.

    The 1101 is three carriages.

Your expecting a lot from a clueless company.

Two of the lasses from our place are walking for charity.

Amyleigh and Karen are walking in aid of the Cardiomyopathy Association.

Big respect to them!! 19 miles is a long way!!

Almondbury is miles out and up a massive hill. I know Huddersfield like the back of my hand, and if I drive I'd be parking for free somewhere off Wakefield Rd, where the Glyn Webb used to be, so I could get straight off after walking to the car.

Thing is I have other plans after the match that don't involve driving, so train is preferred option.
