    He did ok in those games, nothing more, nothing less.

    He really has to step up to the plate next season fitness wise, and input wise. He's not a kid anymore, and needs to be implementing himself.

    Had surgery today.

    Let's hope that from now on he's able to stay fit, and gets a proper run of games. But unless we lose Mellis or Golbourne, I dunno where he'll fit in under Flicker.

    He's good enough to start IMO. But much depends on all sorts of variables.

    In football terms he is still a kid. Couple of years yet before anybody should be even thinking about saying he won't be good enough. His performances recently have been more than satisfactory for a lad of 19. He still has plenty of work to do but he started to show at the back end of this season that maybe the potential will be realised after all, after a couple of seasons of stagnation.

    I've not bothered to ask. But surgery is usually for something 'known' rather than something that just happened. I suspect it's an attempt to fix a long-standing issue..?

    I might get round to asking him. But obviously, he's a little busy in hospital at the mo.
