I'd take Tudgay any day - him and O'Grady up top with Scotland to come on sounds quality to me.
Daggers is decent back up but I don't think he'll score enough goals. Hope Marlon doesn't get a new deal - love him but he's not good enough.

Mcshane would be a fantastic signing but I can't see it.

I think we're lacking that player who can pop up with something special, a la Hammill, Vaz Te, Howard - maybe Mellis can step up a bit

I think we should employ Marlon in some kind of crowd motivation role - he'd get everyone geed up before kick-off!

Nudge you need to stop this Steele bashing, it's completely irrational. His kicking isn't spectacular but his shot stopping and his record in one on ones is as good as any keeper we could afford. In short he is paid to keep the ball out of the net and he does that very well.

After his comments before the Forest match I wouldn't want him back. Basically did a Nathan Blake and said Forest should have no problems scoring 3 or 4 past little old Barnsley.

Isn't it obvious? He's jealous of the attention Hemsworth Tyke attracts so is trying to copy him in a desperate attempt to be noticed.

Haha i was waiting for that one! First things firts we need steele and cranie t stay. Hopin melis can turn into that kinda player that does summat special. Defo need COG anall. A big cb, Zakuani is a great shout, mcshane anall but i cant see it cos brucey loves him. Another striker would be nice t replace marlon as much as i love him, lee tomlin or the lad from yeovil will do fine, tudgay would be nice but i cant really see that now either.
So COG, zakuani n tomlin would be perfect

Realistic top 3 striker options i'd like (obviously not all but one would be good or two if Big Marlon isn't kept or Dagnall leaves for a million)......

    1) Simeon Jackson. Out of contract at Norwich and won't be getting a new contract. Huddersfield apparently after him so even though they always beat us to players (Gudjonson, Norcross etc) maybe we'd get picked for a change.

    2) Leigh Griffiths. Doing a really good job at Hibernian this season and won't want to stay at Wolves in that league.

    3) Paddy Madden. If Yeovil don't win the final i'd imagine he'd be available for around 200k.

Why should I write a list of player options and yet someone picks up on just one of those options and says I've written that because I'm jealous of someone else..........what a strange strange reply to my post

I know I keep saying this...........but I have only one pair of eyes and I say it as I see it
Others might not agree with my opinions but thats ok I accept that

By the way who the hell is Hemsworth Tyke ???..................I dont even know who Hemsworth Tyke is or what he/she has been posting?
I cant remember ever reading anything from Hemsworth Tyke, i definitly cant remember replying to any of his/her posts
I read the post...........not the person that posts it
There are only occasions where I pick up on a certain contributor..........tomfun is one I've noticed recently.........obviously this tomfun person has got problems

    1) Decent signing if we could beat off the opposition
    2) Wants to stay at Hibs
    3) You're deluded if you think they'll let him go for £200K

    1) Aye we will have lots of competition that's for sure.
    2) So he says. Money talks.
    3) If they don't go up I can see him available on the cheap as he asks to leave, becomes unsettled at championship sides wanting him etc. Maybe he's got a silly clause in his contract like Craig Davies had with us.

Hoping that Flicker's first piece of business is to get Perkins on a new contract..our midfield goes to **** without him.
