I thought it might be barry taylor purely because he looks old and I didn't recognise him. It's a bit embarrassing really isn't it when 50% of the board of directors is unrecognisable to fans. I'm the invisible man I'm the invisible man Incredible how you can see right through me
Can't speak for anyone else but I knew who he was. Under John Dennis' chairmanship (And Geoff Buckle before that and Ernest Dennis before that) there were always a number of directors, half-a-dozen or so, the majority of whom I would have had no chance of recognising, but I didn't see any problem in that. Directors came and went, they did the job that was asked of them and there was little if any need for them to be recognisable or to show themselves in public at all. I don't know why you expect different from Barry Taylor and I would say Barry is much more high profile than many directors we've had in the past.
I've met him, and he seemed a decent bloke. See him int West Stand regularly, too. Still dunno why he's here or what he does though.
Why does he have to be high profile ? Let me guess Then you can moan he thinks he is bigger than the club
What harm has it done ???? None I am sure at some time it has been a positive for us I will file him under Dickie bird etc Worthy of abuse from idiots for no reason
In the wake of the Chris Morgan assault having him on the FA board really helped ensure that the FA acted in the clubs interests and came down hard on Morgan.
More benefit to the one than the many. I've never abused Dickie. Parky and different matter. Yours An Idiot.
