    Beechams sore throat lozenges are pretty handy, numbs your throat.

    Was using them last week for a mouth ulcer that I had at the back of my mouth towards my throat.

    I'm really struggling. At V&A, one training sesh this morning and another this aft. Luckily this one is more practical demos and I've also made a handout which should answer most questions, reducing the need to speak. I'm breaking into asthmatic coughing fits too. I went through half a box of strepsils last night and if anything, it's worse. TF it's F.

    Thanks for all the advice, y'all. Am bookmarking this thread for future ref.
