    We received everything. Bit ridiculous how it hasn't explained anything about the payments plans even though its advertised on the front.

    I got an application form for 10 pin bowling and Pirates Cove and a letter from some man called "flicker" with lots of RANDOM capitalisATIONS all OVER the place. Reminded me of a HT POSTINg.

    Hand delivered by Scarlett Johanssen on a silk cushion with an invite to join her and The Saturdays in their weekend retreat in The Bahamas for a nekkid fcukfest.

    Dunno what Flitcroft's said to the club but it's working imho.

    No price list, no letter just a load of advertsing bumph which went straight in the bin. First time in 20 years of having a ST that its been this bad. The club's gone to pot on the off-field side.

    My lad and I got packs without the said doc's. I was so irate that I emailed the club who promptly replied as follows:

    "For your information renewal forms and the associated letters are sent out by an outside agency, unfortunately we cannot legislate for mistakes of this nature.

    I can assure you that the company concerned has been advised of our disappointment and have apologised profusely.

    It appears that a very small batch has been sent to our customers without the letter that you refer to and I now attach a copy for your attention.

    Please accept our apologies and trust that you are now able to renew your season tickets."
