    It wouldn't surprise me if someone ends up seriously injured or worse as its like a magnet to all the drunks to try and climb it.

    One lad climbed up just above half way, lost his bottle, showed his arse and came back down, the second lad went right to the top and got arrested when he got back down. Another great idea by the council!!

    I'd also advocate no tall buildings in case people jump, no reservoirs in case people drown and no roads so people don't get knocked over.
