    Rather bizarrely the reason mentioned to me was he clashes with Flicker and it was a 'him or me' talk with Cryne

    Apparently Flicker has been very hands on already, literally having a say on everything.

    I'm glad, I hate all these dinosaurs that work there scared of the Mourinho style manager of today.

    What I can gather Redstar from my source is that the non playing staff are afraid of this young, dynamic forward thinking approach. They prefer the manager manages the team and some old relic conducts the PR, marketing, ticketing side etc.

    A wind of change is already blowing through Oakwell and its gonna get windy
