I've tried to keep out of the discussion today but it amazes me what people have put

I'm amazed what people are putting.

We aren't talking about the best players in the league we are giving contracts to too of our players that have been a part of a team that finished near the bottom of the league for the last 5/6 seasons or more.

All we know for sure are Hassell and Steele is two of the reported higher paid players. Okay fine they didn't offer the contracts to themselves. The clubs changing and changed since they were given contracts. We are in a league with a break even rule (yes it isn't quite that yet) and I would like the club to stick to that, wouldn't you?

I think there are a lot of players I would like signed up before worrying about these two. Cranie was and is one of them. Out of all the players in the Barnsley squad he's the player I would think could move to a top champ team. I would like to get Chris O'Grady signed up but an extra 1k to hassell then they can afford or an extra 1k to steele could mean we miss out on a Chris O'Grady...

Reading what was in the Chronicle a week or two ago Steele would move anyway if another club came in for him but it doesn't look like they will. I see one club who might need another Goalkeeper and yes they might offer big wages i don't know and that's Bournemouth.

If the list of players and their agents was right Steele had a big name agent who deals with a lot of the top players and clubs. It's time the Club got strong and said this is where we stand on Budget and we aren't going to change it for you.

I would like to know if everyone was signed up to a three year deal where they think out financial assets lie in order.

Mellis, Craine, Digby would be the three big ones for me.

Not over the financial restraints of the club, no.

would like Like Hassell or Cranie to stay, well Cranie all day. He would get another championship club while the other guy would end up in league two.

If you werent an attention seeking bell end im sure you wouldnt get the hassell Although i honestly see you as being mentally retarded so just amuse myself making a fool of you then leave you alone. There has been a well debated thread taking about Luke Steele and his contract that you could have added this to but oh no you have to start your own thread because you are sooooo important and your opinion is sooooo more valid than anyone else's.


I think we get the message that you don'y like Luke Steele or Bobby Hassell and that you cannot wait for them to leave.

I dont need to meet somebody to determine that when i read constant ramblings everyday, you can claim your just on a wind up but if you are id say that puts you in the retarded category too so either way, its a shame.

I meant individuals sorry, plural not singular. You always claim people need backing but for a prolonged period youve picked out two of the clubs longer servants, maybe there not the best but for one theyre loyal and theyve given more for our club than you ever will constantly slagging off anyone who bothers stay.

Considering one has a family that's about to get larger, and loves this town/area, I would expect him to want to stay quite local. However, I still think he'll stay, just to piss you off.

No idea about the other player but it'll be to a better/bigger club than us who value him more than Flitcroft.
