we have on our books as strikers

    Scotland, Dagnall, Etuhu and RNL

plus youngsters on pro contracts Clark, Rose and Oates

We need not panic about strikers, if COG is signed then great and if not we can look elsewhere.

I reckon Flicker will have it sorted by kick off time in August, and hopefully our new chairman will make sure the terms are good for us.

he is listed on main site in the team section as a striker

that's all I am basing that statement on. I am not saying we could do with some more. My point was that we have the bases covered as we are, but of course we need faces in most other departments.

Scotland and Dagnall are the only strikers there. We're probably 3 short, but definitely 2

they are ALL, that means all on that list. Listed on our team page under strikers. Is that too hard to understand.

Then the site is wrong because they are not strikers. We definitely need more.

Never mind what the site says, we only have two and one of them is only really useful coming off the bench. We're pretty desperate for strikers atm but there's plenty of time before the start of the season so no reason to panic, despite the COGba setback. Although with that news filtering through today, I'm starting to think more and more that we should have tried to retain Marlon Harewood.

Re: oh so mr Flitcroft has got wrong, and you have got it right ???

David Flitcroft never played them as strikers. He played Etuhu in central midfield and Noble-Lazarus in a variety of positions, but never as a striker. If we're going with Flitcroft's take on things, like you suggest and I believe we should, then they're definitely not strikers.

Also, David Flitcroft doesn't write the website. I doubt he has any concern at all what position someone who inputs data has designated for our players.
