    He works harder than most, but yes, he's not good enough for international football. Sad reflection on the poor quality of English football.

    So why do we continue to persist with him?

    Surely we should look to play Oxilade-Chamberlain and give him some experience ahead of World Cup?

    He could just walk into any team in the German Bundesliga though, and if he was German, he would easily be their biggest star player. Fact...oid.

    Never going to win anything playing players who dont start on a regular basis, not to mention ones without the quality to trouble international quality defenders.

    It's not Milner's fault mind, he works ****ing hard for the time, never shirks his job and always gives 100%, unlike some England players who seem only semi-interested. Rather him than a show pony.
