As often certainly. They were both exceptional in the second half of the season, Huddersfield away game aside, but under Keith Hill Cranie made as many **** ups as Wiseman. The most consistent centre half over the whole season was Foster and he's gone.

Having watched loads of footage when putting my videos together, I was quite surprised at just how many errors Cranie made, especially towards the end of the season. Because when watching him over 90 minutes he always impresses me. But he does make errors in most games. Just as many as Wiseman actually. Fortunately though, his didn't cost us as often, mainly thanks to Wiseman's heroics (pace).

I'm not changing my opinion on Scott, though. Again, watching the footage of the first few months he stands out like a sore thumb as the weak link. But I have seen little things that he brings to the table, that perhaps I used to ignore because I was so tuned in to how costly his mistakes were.

I prefer Wiseman, out of the pair of them.

What i got from listening to it was both Etuhu and Cranie have kept the club in the loop via there agents and made it quite clear that they want to stay here even though others in Cranie's case are interested.

I don't think it sounds like they have. It sounds like to me he might not have had contact with Hassell for two week and who knows about Steele who said he would leave in the chronicle. Also it doesn't seem like others are interested in Steele or he would have left.

but to be honest i can't wait for it to just come out. 23 days before the team start pre season. Things have to move at a pace now because he needs to know which players want to stop here and sign and who he needs to bring in.

He will know he needs a Centre back and a striker but that's all he can tie down.

Aye, the lack of converse is true. But not on their part...

Big statement. I'd prefer us to be able to play Wiseman at RB/RWB because I think he has a lot to offer going forwards. However, that would mean bringing in a centre half who has some pace. You're not going to get anyone as quick as Wiseman but he has shown just how vital pace is in the middle of the defence.

At centre half, I'd prefer Cranie because he's better at dealing with the aerial threat that Wiseman struggles with. He's a more rounded centre half.

If we could only keep one, I think Cranie might just edge it for me, but I am a big fan of Wiseman.

Re: I'd agree with that except

Rob Staton has said that it was much less than this that they paid Rochdale, c. £200k tops. Our offer of £150k is about right and they can take it or wait until January and get nowt for him.

Wisey talks as fast as he runs. He edges it for that reason alone.

They paid an initial 150k. A further 50k upon promotion.

I'd go as high as 250k and that's that. They need the money and his wage off the bill.

Bang on, for whatever reason he just is more passionate about the players hes brought in. Maybe over time he'll change that approach as he becomes more experienced but to sugar coat it any other way at present would be incorrect. Despite me disagreeing with the facts im 100% behind the lad though because i can see us going places under him. You reds.

    Telling thi.

You watch our games back. He made just as many mistakes as Wiseman did throughout the season.

It seems the themes against these two under Hill are continuing under Flicker. Ho hum.

A Rolls Royce with a dodgy head gasket.

Preferred him playing in front of the back four. Although I reckon Titus will bring him on.

Aye, but he'll be our w@nk.

He's been spotted at Gateway looking at the 'Goran Lovre' suite.

What if someone else comes in and offers more then he goes somewhere else, it won't be just us that wants to sign him.
