    Gents,

    What's the reason for the constant outages? Think its fair to say they're unacceptable, if this is down to the forum hosting provider.

    I've been doing some research into other providers. We need a stable service, to go alongside this 'New Era' of ours

    Im more than happy to pick up the redirection, if thats what we want to do. Can we discuss options offline? (no pun intended)

    I've got some details for another service provider as well. I think we need to at least discuss some alternative options

    You get what you pay for I suppose.

    Personally I would try to generate a little cash with a google ad at top of forum or accept donations. To pay for a higher end more reliable server.


    If any extra cash generated, it could be used for competition prizes.


    Was gonna set up an alternative forum to use on my server while this was down up had no way of letting people know about it :)

    Hes tried a few over the years and they all been about the same. I gave him details of a very reliable company and to use a vps but I think it was a little more expensive than what he pays,

    Yeah I get that Andy. I'd like to open it up for discussion though, if we can at least explore what i've come up with. If it turns out to be unsuitable, then fine. Happy to wait for Gally to come back, then take it from there.
