Spanish Johnny is a character from a Bruce Springsteen song"Incident on 57th street", my name is Tony.
He did good. Not got the brain to be the very best in my opinion. Semi's was good for him. Murray seems disappointed with Semi's.
Tim Henman=Colin Montgomery, very good player, great career but not quite top notch(this is not a criticism)
I disagree with that ht. I think that people don't like those who they perceive to have an air of arrogance to them. Hamilton for example, he's a bloody brilliant driver but he can also be quite arrogant and expects to be in the best car all the time or to be given preferential treatment. Rooney is a good player but he ruins it with his arrogance expecting to be given every decision to to be treated differently by referee's, expecting to be able to live by different rules to the rest of us (cheating on his gf, paying for sex with prostitutes simply because he's rich and can). They also don't like people who they percieve to have got where they are because of money or because they were given opportunities that the rest of us don't get. Murray, McIlroy etc. That's why a champion like Mo Farah is still popular. He's a winner so by your theory he should be hated but he has got where he is due to hard work and he still manages to be a nice guy who doesn't appear to be arrogant. His only unpopular period was when he took part in the london marathon but expected to be treated differently because of who he is (or was perceived to be doing that). Coincidence? I think not. Jess Ennis. Winner but universally popular because she is a nice person who always comes across as grateful. Chris Hoy. Winner but always smiling and being friendly. Down to earth. Popular. People DO like triers but not because they are unsuccessful, we like a successful trier just as much as an unsuccessful one.
I know afew people off here personally and they are all decent people apart from @jedione he's a short arsed little ba.stard
Scotland is foreign to me. I wouldn't wish them well in rugby or football so whether a Scot or a Serb wins I'd prefer the Serb.
