    Didn't Hughes and Agar just play fantastically well? Sometimes they do Aussies. Only things I think he could have done was to bowl Broad earlier, who's carrying an injury so he probably thought he wouldn't need to, or bowl some bumpers at Agar like they did toward the end.
    I must also point out Agar was stumped on 6. He was out. So blame the umpire, not Cook.

    With doubts over the fitness of Broad coming into the test it was silly to drop Bresnan after his century against Essex.

    Agree dreamboy. Unless he's 100% next week Bresnan has to come back in. If we have any kind of lead to bowl at this test, let's hope Swann picks up the wickets. Long way to go in this one and after the first two days who'd predict the outcome?
