    From what i've seen it's team work and good been good technically.
    From Ronnie Branson down, very good. Others in the area have signed big name coaches to lead there set up's.
    ronnie branson, fairly local guy and just keeps improving players.

    The players that are starting to come out have been in it since starting to play football when young.

    I've been told by a few people that's why there coming out more and more.

    I reckon you're probably right there. Any project like our academy is likely to be a long term one. The proof of the pudding of course will be over the next five to ten years. If we start consistently churning out a couple of first team regulars through the academy every season, it can definitely then be deemed to have been a success.
