Didn't he fall over for no reason just as he was about to control the ball at one point? Maybe he was pushed, I don't know, kind of thought that would be the last we saw of him at that point. Flicker said in his interview that he's going to let Paul Heckingbottom make a decision on him in the 21's - seems a bit weird given that the lad is 24? Surely if he's not good enough now he's not going to be? Guessing that means he won't be after an awful lot of money and he might prefer kicking around on the outskirts of a second tier team instead of playing the Spanish fourth division or whatever he has just come from. Not the worst trialist I've seen but he didn't seem better than Danny Rose.
Yeah I thought he just slipped. On that performance he wasn't any better than Danny Rose who is 6(?) years younger and already our player. Unfair to judge him on that appearance though, Flicker will have a much better idea but I'd guess that we won't be signing him.
Didnt think he didnt anything wrong. Ovs hes a right footed player. good height, seems a good age too. Lets wait and see. They can only judge him whos seen him train like Flickers...
I thought he did ok considering the time he had on the pitch. Was looking for the ball all the time and was keen to impress. I must admit though that I thought Jennings was a class act. If he can stay fit I think he will set the league alight this year. Definately one to watch.
Would have liked to have seen more of him yesterday. He had got stuck in, and showed pace and great movement... YouTube clips he scores a lot goals in the box, good follow up play, positioning and composed finisher. He could be a real gem of a find? I think what flicker meant is that the remainder of his trial matches would be with u21 side... Where you would hope he would be stand out player and hopefully grab a couple of goals... Good luck to the lad
