Seemed to give one of our defenders a bit of a beasting on the sidelines. Only thing is that I didn't notice which one of them it was. Anyone care to shed any light. Could hear him bellowing and arm flopping from the east lower.

From what i got out of the shout and arm movements when the ball went out of play. He wanted Hassell to move across. I stopped watching the game when he started shouting,
thought he was going on pitch to sort it.

Im pretty sure it was O'Brien he was having a pop at as he didn't release the ball quick enough thus slowing down the play.

No, it was the cover when Mcnulty went forward.
he wasn't happy. Hassell tried to defend himself with some arm waving when he should have just admitted he was out of position.

Something tells me there'll be a lot of time in the classroom looking at that.

He was 'asking' O'Brien to kick the ball really hard into his face, in the hope that he would get knocked out, and not have to witness Maxime Poundje rip up our defense and dispose of them like a moist tea bag.

No chance, when the ball went out Hassell went to get a bottle of water or whatever and mellon went to him.

It's simple really. Someone exits the line you slide across.

Yet no mention of Bobbys clearance with the defence floundering and the keeper on the deck. Or at least one other last ditch tackle. BH isn't going to be a starter this season and rightly so. In fact, in reality he's probably a few places down the pecking order for possible right backs or centre backs but this incessant and inane need to batter him at all costs is petty and pretty pathetic.

Oh and he's played over 400 PROFESSIONAL football matches. I think he knows how to play in defence by now.

Don't really know why I've bothered writing this reply to be honest. Plenty of other people have posted similar but you've never listened. Ah well.

I'm still trying to figure out why mcnumpty went dashing forward like that... No need, he's meant to be a DEFENDER... It's different if he had the ball, and he's trying to run forward to move play up

Do you not think he might have been talking to Hassell to tell him to have a word with JOB and get his point across to him?

No, of course not. He had to be screaming at Hassell and then having a quiet word with him shortly after as well.

It was aimed at JOB, Mellon then shouted to 'Bobby' and 'Luke' to tell them to have a word. After which Steele also gave JOB a mouthful.
