    Decent turn out, good to hear Flicker ... Sounds up for the challenge.

    Away kit... Why blue?! Still, on the plus side, the stripe will be in keeping with Golbourne's hair.

    Rides .... Loads for younger kids... Not much for older kids.

    Hog roast ... I know it's a bit hypocritical, as I do like pork, but that may have put me off for life.... Not sure I wanted to see a roasted pigs head on a family fun day.

    Supporters Trust buns .... Well done Hicksy and co....my kids have demolised that bargain box! I am now dragging them out on bikes to work it off!

    Good couple of hours though.

    The last two occasions we've won promotion, we've had sky/light blue as our second kit.
    One of my many random, and utterly dull, facts.:D

    Blue = Wednesday.

    We also had blue last year.

    I'd stick to White or black for an away shirt.

    But wednesday wear a much darker blue and white stripes which is a completely different shade. You suggest white but isn't wednesday's shirt half white as well? A white shirt would be closer to theirs than a light blue one is. I also don't like the idea of sticking to set colours for away shirts because then you get the same problem as with the home shirt which is a lack of creativity with people saying things like 'its a red shirt with a badge on, what else can they do?' which we hear every year.

    I'd try to have a different colour away shirt every year and then start again. The home shirt is hard to design due to the colour constraints so the away shirt is where you get creative in my opinion.

    I never want to see a box of icing, a bun, or players faces printed on rice paper ever again

    Glad the majority had a good time down at oakwell, I didn't go myself as I work Sundays. I must say though I really do like the away shirt and as many others have said, why not blue? It's a much nicer shade of blue than the grunters shirt colour.
