Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca I don't partake in that due to costs involved
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca exactly the opposite mate, no need to get personal is there? - by the way do you want to come explain to my mates kids why they can't go visit their grandparents because the can't get their car out of the garage because someones parked across it?
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Bloody away shirt must have summat to do wi it...
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Are your mates legs broke that he can't walk across the road and ask the club to put a message out asking the owner to return to their car and move it. Just like someone did when the interview with Flicker had finished about a car parked in the car park
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Don is to blame for not announcing the car park was free
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca KINNELL McNulty's parking as bad as his defending. Please dont ban me.
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca correct - the idiots should not think about others , they should be able to dump their car anywhere and cause chaos sad old world we live in when people think being inconsiderate is ok.
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca I live next to a racecourse, gets very busy on race days with cars everywhere. You've been "inconvenienced" one day out of your whole year and you decided to take pics and come on here to rant, chill out.
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Complete carnage, and yet BBC and Sky News completely ignore this yet show a train crash in Spain...barstewards! Seriously though - I think the original poster makes a very valid point
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca The first two photos that you included show identical parking to that done by Grove street residents on a regular basis. I've seen cars parked on the grass verge MANY times on none matchdays and I've never driven down grove street where people haven't parked outside the houses. In fact I've also seen double parking on quite a few occasions as well. Ok for residents to do it but not for visitors?
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca You seem to think been a complete ***** is ok
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Probably because the carpark is designed for people all choosing to leave at exactly the same time, it isn't set out or lined for people to leave whenever they want due to the long lines without proper bays.
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Presumably your mate phoned the police and asked them to move the illegally parked car? It seems you have two arguments here, one is people blocking cars into drives (valid), the other is cars parked outside houses (invalid)
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Tis a very good point...
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca not really. the car park was about a third full. plenty of room for people to come and go whenever they wanted
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca But if everyone had parked in car park?
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca Maybe if you on Grove Street didn't double park every other day then supporters wouldn't do the same? You can't come on here ranting about people parking outside your house either, their cars are taxed and tested so have every given right to park there, obviously bar blocking entrances to Garages etc. The amount of times I've been to Oakwell on a non match day and seen residents double park is unreal and quite frankly stupid. I myself park in the college or I get the train to tarn.
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca we woulda been ******. there's like, 250,000 people in barnsley
Re: A huge thank you for your considerate parking at the open (thread heavy on sarca It was only a third full because others parked on the streets though surely. And even at a third full how do you know where to park to make sure that the next person who comes along doesn't block you in? I've parked in it before on none matchdays when I've gone into the box office only to find when I came back out that a car was parked a couple of inches behind me blocking me in. It wasn't a problem because the other person had only popped into the club shop but I wouldn't go parking in the 'lanes' again unless I was going to a match just in case.
