"Well today went a bit pear shaped didn't it. We just didn't turn up in that second half. I said in my interview at last Sunday's open day that no matter what the result today, Wigan will know that they will have been in a game. How wrong could I have been. The lads put in a good shift in the first half but Wigan made us look like a right set of turnips in that second half. I was saying to flicker that if we could get in at half time at 0-0 we could rejuvinate the lads and maybe change our style a bit to match Wigan's but then the strawberry blonde lad pops up on 38 minutes and scores a beaut.

We tried to change it when they got their 2nd by bringing Jenno on to spice it up a bit but the lad just got a bit carried away and went in a bit harsh on one of their players. The championship is a strong league as it can throw a banana skin at you every now and then. The lads are on a bit of a downer tonight and a few of them have sour grapes but we will be in on Monday and go through the videos and get them ready for when we face the tangerines next Saturday."
