    I thought it was only the first round that was seeded and unseeded? They're just trying to get the big clubs interested in it again. At least the carling cup usually has an outsider reach the final, I mean look at last years final.

    Was this seeding in place last season? With the exception of a couple of teams, any draw is going to be pretty uninspiring.
