Just got me chuckling about that episode with his new best friend, Dan, and that scene where he is trying to attract his attention in the car park by repeatedly shouting Dan, Dan, Dan, Dan....... Brilliant scene at the end at Dan's house as well - incredibly seedy, leery character, showing Alan his "home movies". Alan squirming on the settee trying to keep out of Mrs Dan's clutches. Very very funny
