Looking already like the players were just playing for their championship livelihoods and not the manager last half of the season unfortunately.
On the upside, it looks like we'll soon have another relegation battle on our hands. Maybe this group can only perform when 10 points adrift of safety.
I can't imagine Watkins and Mansford have come and put their reputations on the line to be involved in another season long relegation fight with a rookie manager.
if you include the 2 league games this season we have won 4 out of 16, back end of last season was hardly the all conquering domination some seem to think
When hill left it was clear that flitcroft wasn't 1st choice to take over! But he got the job and everyone was glad! He kept us up and now 2 games in people are starting to question if it was the right decision. It's crazy
Don't you feel he deserved a crack at the job after what he achieved last season. From being down and out on New Years day to producing top three form to get us to safety. He and the players performed miracles to keep us up and they more than deserve there new contracts. If you didn't want him in the first place I suppose the first 2 games justify your views.
