Two games in. Flicker sounds by no means despondent (although he'll be disappointed).

We have players who are decent when they have hit their stride. We have some changes to accommodate (JYM in, Golbourne back, no Fozzy, Lewin yet to figure). We also have to work out the right midfield balance (strength v creativity) and Etuhu's absence will have restricted our options so far.

We have not become a bad side in a few short weeks, and Flicker & Co are alert to the need to find 1 (possibly 2) goalscorer(s).

Next week is a great test, against a side that whupped us for six just a few short weeks ago, and I expect that we will begin to find our stride in that game, and against Huddersfield.

We performed well in the first 2-3 games last season, before it became apparent that we had had a 'false dawn'. We are still well placed to light on something more sustainable, and I do believe that we are going somewhere.

    Nahthen.

Unless you're gushing with praise every week then you're mad. Regardless of the result.

We haven't become a bad side, but we have employed some awful tactics.

Which is down to who? It cannot be the manager or his backroom team, because you are not allowed any opinion on them , other than they are God like !!

If we are bad then I'll say we were bad. Today we played well. In my opinion. What's mad are opinions on how we playedfrom people who haven't even send the soddin game.

Good post , we played ok yesterday and deserved at least a point , a few players not playing as well as last season yet tho , and we lack pace and creativity up front and in midfield at moment too

The prospect of Cranie, Nyatanga coming in and Jennings adding that creative threat for me will make us a much better team. Striker or two joining those 3 would be nice, especially before the Charlton game.

Reality is we haven't scored in three games ,we are bottom of the table and at the moment the only thing to look forward to in May next year is Bobby Hassell's book.

great prospect to have so many players 'coming back'. but should we really have so many players injured after 2 league games?

Same as last season, and the season before etc, don't know what goes off pre-season but this is becoming the norm unfortunately :/
