    If my boss - who understands the business, sees what I do day in day out, has access to all the data, and deals with me in a professional and reasoned manner - tells me I'm underperforming then fair enough. But if someone walks in off the street, half drunk, and tells me I'm ***** I probably wouldn't think that's fair. Certainly not if it was the bloke sat behind me yesterday who decided Etuhu had been 'abysmal since coming on'

    If you work in local government, does that mean council tax payers should be able to public berate you despite not really having an idea about your job?

    To be honest I don't mind anyone giving their constructive criticism, so long as they accept it is their opinion and not fact and it is well reasoned. Except the bloke who said Etuhu was abysmal yesterday, he was just wrong.
