Steele Wiseman MVoto Crainie Golbourne Jennings Perkins Ethuhu McCourt (when fit) Pedersen O Grady Subs Alnwick Daggers, Diggers, Jason, JOB, Mellis, Cwyka, RNL or Dawson
That would be my starting 11 if we were going 4-4-2. I much preferred 3-5-2 previously but now we have the players to play 4-4-2 it'll be good that we can mix it up without playing players out of position.
I'd go with that starting XI.......looks good on paper. Maybe Mellis will continue as wide player with Jennings on other wing? Pedersen to score on debut......looks a strong aggressive player to me.
He's said himself he's nowhere near match fit, so i wouldn't be surprised if he's on the bench straight away.
I'd be more surprised if we DIDN'T move one or two players on. Especially if we do bring in another striker and, possibly, Gary Dicker.
The really annoying thing is that if Dagnall scores he's hailed as a hero and guaranteed first team starts for the next 15 games. If Rose, Scotland or Cywka score they are guaranteed the subs bench. Also defensive midfielders, time after time we don't start playing decent football until a number get injured....I wonder why?
3-4-1-2 Steele Cranie Nyatanga Kennedy Wiseman Etuhu Perkins Golbourne Mellis O'Grady Dagnall / Pederson (depending how good Pederson is) Subs: Alnwick, Hassell, O'Brien, Jennings, Dawson, McCourt, Dagnall / Pederson If we go 4-4-2 then I'd bring in Jennings & McCourt for Mellis & Kennedy. Not impressed with M'Voto from what I've seen so far, he makes too many errors for my liking & would've liked to of included Scotland on Cywka on bench but not enough room.
Interesting that you should drop Goldy. Tbf he hasn't set the world alight this season. I too would like to see RNL involved more.
