Not heard anything and just wondering if he's going to be fit or not? Him, Jennings and Pedersen could make a huge difference today with the extra added pace they have.
Can't see McCourt being fit to start , as he's only had a few week training , be nice to have some pace up front with Jennings back and pedersen tho
Can't see it. He's done no pre season training, it could be a couple of weeks until he's even anywhere near fit. Not sure Pedersen will start either, think he's much closer to fitness but by his own admission, wasn't prepared for the tempo of the English game.
McCourt had a full preseason with Inverness mate, then went into a week with Peterborough. I don't think Peds will start either, like you said he mentioned in his interview that he might take time to get used to the tempo.
Remember another bloke we signed from Celtic. Came with reputation of being overweight, a poor trainer, enjoyed a pint and if missing could always be found in a bookies. Now, what was his name? Ronnie something or other...
Ex Celtic players we've signed in more recent times include Jim O'Brien and Anthony MacParland. Paddy doesn't have much to live up to going on those two
