I didn't go, but was told that Perkins was very impressive. . Couldn't believe he's not playing at a higher level. Said that the right back got murdered. I assume it wasn't Wiseman as he said he was beaten for pace by king all afternoon so I assume Wiseman switched to centre half and we played o Brian at right back after the sending off? He also thought we were the better side in the second half, the keeper was a joke for one goal and Pederson looked good when he came on also.

Very accurate that. It was O'Brien at RB and he had a shocker.

    Perkins was MOTM for me.

They are talking about Jimbo who was ripped apart all afternoon but in his defence he isn't a full back and they exploited that fact. Pederson and Tompole both looked good and both deserve to start on Tuesday. Perkins nearly scored with a rasping shot that just went wide of the post.

I did go and Perkins was impressive when he came on. He should have started. You are right Wiseman did move into the centre after M'Voto got sent off and did an excellent job. We were the better side in the second half. We held them to a 1-1 draw in the second half with 10 men. I came away from the match feeling encouraged. We were unlucky with a very poor ref decision and would have won with 11 on the pitch for 90 minutes imo. I'm looking forward to Tuesday. Cywka had a great 20 mins. Pedersen looked promising too. Steele definately at fault for at least 2 of the goals imo.

If only we had an experienced right back to call upon. Oh well

PBReds summing up is spot on...as to the right back issue..there aren't many players who'd have coped with Josh King? today
especially when the referee seems to think it acceptable for him to push the opposing player over if he manages to be in danger of making a tackle.

The thing with O'Brien at right back is he is going to be found out defensively in a game where we are on the back foot, where we have plenty of pressure ourselves that's where he can make an impact.

O'brien isn't a right back? Alot off fans were happy to see him play there last week?! Didnt go to the fam but also heard that king made him look like a idiot all afternoon. And lets be honest king never does that to anyone! I understand people callin for cywka to start... But every time he starts he plAys rubbish. Never makes a impact. When he comes off the bench he looks alot better player

Exactly my thoughts. I just wish we would now play a right back at right back and also get the left back position sorted where both Kennedy and Golborne look static when playing together, rather than have the wide attacking approach its meant to have. We now have the players fit (i believe) to fill the positions we need and have Tuesday to try em out.

I did feel quite encouraged thou at 90 mins and disappointed more in the ref killing the game than us having a real chance to show what we can do. We can talk about Mvoto's tackle all day but the poor wayward passing first half hour is exactly the cause of our downfall.

I also went and agree with everything you've said. We would have won that game with 11 men. My mate was ultra down post match but I felt very encouraged by that performance. Pedersen looks sharp and he will score goals and we looked very strong in midfield. This squad will finish in the top half of the table.
