    No idea mate, loads texting in and asking the same question. All they are saying is that Steele not injured but Pollett likely to start tonight. As far as aI know Alnwick is fit too.

    Good move by flicker!....Steele as had a dreadful start, doesn't command his area, cnt kick, makes me nervous at times, great shot stopper tho. Hope this gives him a kick in arss

    Steele on bench tonight.If Alnwick isn't injured I 'd be tempted to ask for a transfer.I thought Steele would be rested tonight but I thought Alnwick would have played.

    If Steele would command the 6foot area our defence would be miles better off. He has got to get his game right.

    I would imagine that we have had interest in Alnwick and rather than cup-tie him or risk injury, we have brought in Pollit, who immediately puts much needed pressure on Steele.

    Suppose Flicker will have to reveal the truth in post match interview.

    If our left hand side of the defence had even got a fecking tackle in, or Wiseman had bothered to mark his man on Saturday, then I would agree with you, but to put the blame on Steele for the idiots in front of him is stupid !!

    Im getting worried.

    Last few managers started going through odd team selections. Odd formations. Players out of position etc. Not long before getting the boot

    Has he started losing the plot or is he setting up trying not to lose cos his jobs at risk.

    Baffled. Absolutely baffled.

    For information, Pollitt has been at Wigan for 8 seasons and played 36 games for them since 2005. My maths says this averages at 4-5 games per season.

    So since he left Rotherham, for Wigan, he's not exactly had much game time.

    Makes the decision even more baffling...........
