It might do if players were stuck in there positions? In fact it worked quite well against Charlton until he started dabbling. Hes got that many options I genuinely believe he doesn't know what to pick.
I don't think it's tactics, 3 or 4 at the back makes **** all difference, if the player quality is sh!te. Like I said on earlier post, I am praying that Crainie and Nyatanga make a big difference.
