    They didn't need to get out of second gear. Just too good for us. Probably about what I expected but the amount of goals we are shipping is very worrying.

    Burton are beating Fulham and Notts County are doing Ok against Liverpool, Orient drawing against Hull, All 3 sides are lower than us and they seem to be ok.
    **** tactics and players not up to it maybe??

    Honestly think conceding 5 against Blackburn was more worrying after the titanic got sent off. This defence has been mugging us off for a god 7 years and its hit rock fking bottom. The formation has been found out big time.

    much like against Man City, didn't get anywhere near them cos we didn't try. Very, very disappointing.

    Doubt it...tactics maybe,but same players virtually that played us into 4th best team in the championship in the second half of last season with a run better than Danny Wilsons second half of the promotion year...we'll come good.

    They were better teams too - far better than the one that beat us tonight - but we showed it is possible to beat these teams by being organised, making ourselves hard to beat and playing with urgency and conviction. We showed none of these qualities tonight.

    Same players that now are doing so well eh? Maybe they just got lucky last year? I have no idea mate, but if the players are good enough , the manager is the one to look at !!

    So you think we should beat these teams every time we play them? Maybe tonight's performance by them would have beaten chelsea or Liverpool on those occasions? Totally irrelevant to compare the games, they are years apart to start with.
