    went for the op sat there with gown on, tag & porter all ready to take me to theatre, then the anaesthetist refused to put me to sleep because I have angina so back to square one until they sort it out

    I hope you are right sadbrewer.
    Obviously I have to bow to your superior knowledge on all things Barnsley but here from a distance the amount of goals being shipped lately is worrying.
    Teams just seem to be able to score at will against us and our lack of punch up front is quite evident.
    Only crumb of comfort I can take out of last night's result is it was v a Premiership team and not a league game.
    Got to hope that thumping does not dent the players confidence even further.
