No passion, no creativity, no idea, no fight.

I can stand losing, and I accepted we would struggle against Southampton. But I will only accept it if we fought until the final whistle.

Today, there was no fight, no imagination, nothing.

How long you think Flicker will last if things continue? He might be able to fool some fans with big words like galvanise, but he won't be able to fool guys with the nouse and inteligence of Mansford and Watkins. They won't wait till December to sack a manager like Rowing did, which nearly relegated us because he left it too late.

The squad is that vast i'm sure behind closed doors some players will be annoyed. Steele, Alnwick and Hassell spring to mind. The good football we played in the second half of last season has been replaced by for the most part long ball stuff. Teams have done their homework on those that kept us up. 17 goals conceeded in six matches. Our only clean sheet against a division four team. Where is the fight? Teams like Swindon and Notts County showed you can give it a go against higher league teams.

Us on the otherhand buckled with home advantage against a fringe team 11.

Alnwick should be grateful he's picking up a wage.

I do not know how you have the gall to mention that Steele will be feeling annoyed, after what you wrote earlier saying bring Pollitt in was a good idea!! Still feel the same, about it being Steeles fault for the goals ?

So is Pollitt now; that is four goalkeepers picking up a wage.

He had an alright debut. Maybe could have saved the second one. 1st one and 3rd one were good strikes. Nearly saved the penalty he wasn't responsible for. Wasn't around for the 5th goal. Came off his line well to grab anything around his six yard box. One clearance poorly kicked but the rest decent straight balls down the field. Looking all the time to roll the ball out wide. I think the scoreline is unfair on his performance :)

Aren't we supposed to be operating on the smallest budget in the division?

To be fair, Flicker and Hill would have been out a lot sooner if Rowing had his way.

sat back too deep when we got ball nobody to pass to -no one came up for ball when a BFC player got the ball .too many time player with ball left to fend two southamton players off with no outlet/
when things turned against us sat back too deep and let them come on to us
officails lino did not put flag up when they were miles offside ,two footed tackle by sfc player -no card dam sight worse than saturdays sending off.
but then again our players lost the fight and agression to create any more chances,we failed to connect with each other -no one to pass to ,didnt get in postions in which the ball could be laid on to them .
thought when it went to 2-1 we could build on that -did not materialise.

I believe he tabled a motion to the board to sack Hill at the end of the 2011/12 season and again last season (forget which game) and was out voted.

Which is fine, but there's a trade off - success required.
