    I expected Southampton to win..........but I didn't expect them to score 5

Neither did I expect Wigan to score 4.........and Blackburn to score 5............or even Charlton to score 2 after half time

When teams are leaking goals like this there is something seriously wrong........the players will be walking onto the pitch now expecting to lose and lose badly by a heavy score

Its going to take a massive effort by the management team to turn this thing around now

Totally agree with the post, which like Tomfun I rarely do.

I've had to oppurtunity a few times to meet Flicker and Mansford in person over the summer and heard the views & vision. More so from Flicker, it seems that he's hit that brickwall and can't get by it now. Our efforts last season were fantastic but over the summer clubs would have sat up and taken note. We got good results against most of the top 10. Have clubs studied us more indepth?
One thing Flicker said at that 'evening with season ticket holders' was that quite a few managers last season said they didn't know how to prepare to play Barnsley due to the different systems we played. Can the same be said this season?

Something has changed within the club and Im sure nobody from the outside can but the finger on the exact reason
