was he injured then? thought it was strange getting subbed before the half had even ended. Don't think we missed him today, when I think about it there was maybe two or three games where he shone last season, other than that he was pretty anonymous. If we've got the £500,000+ that's been reported then we've robbed Wolves. He might do OK in league one, but if they get promoted they'll be looking to build a promotion winning squad straight away and I can't see him being part of that.
RNL played the wing back role better today in his first outing than Golbourne has all season. Reuben has looked comfortable in all the games he has played there. Not sure he will be any use in a back 4 at LB but as a LWB he looks a natural.
Pulled off at half time? He only got an orange and a cup of tea at Oakwell. Yup, an old un, but a good un...
RNL looked a lot more comfortable attacking the opposition half than I remember Golbourne being. RNL is a slightly different player to Goldy in that he is more attacking but we do look to have found the perfect in house replacement.
I'd like to know where he played? Wolves fans seem to think they've signed a winger. He's quality as left back in a back 4 but not so much as the wing back in a 5 as he's got to attack more which isn't his biggest asset.
He played on wing, as Sacko's head wont right due to Forest turning it, Tom Pope said Golbourne going off changed the game as Wolves where uneffective with him on the field and him getting injured ment Wolves had to change things around and the different game plan won them the game
If they think they've signed a winger then got help Goldy. As a winger he aint. Very decent left back or LWB, but no way a winger.
That's what I think, loads of them on twitter think he's a winger who'll replace Sako! They're in for a shock
