RNL instead of Jennings and Wiseman for McCourt into wing back positions with our new signing in defence for Nyatanga or M`voto depending on his height and agility

First off, this is difficult given the size of our squad atm. In a basic formation/best players in their best positions, I'd have

    Steele
    Wiseman Cranie Nyatanga McNulty
    Jennings Etuhu Mellis Reuben
    Pedersen O'Grady
    -
    [a keeper]
    Hassell
    M'Voto
    Digby
    Perkins
    Cywka
    Scotland

I've ignored McCourt for the purpose of this as I haven't even seen him play yet.

Zemaj? have you been to a match in last 2 seasons? McNulty isn't good enough especially not at left back and Wiseman has always been shocking at right back plays better in middle

That was my team as of 1 hour ago and is subject to change :p (Especially now we've got Ramage in).

Can't agree re Wiseman, he's done well at full-back. He's probs better at centre-half these days but he's not as good as Cranie and maybe now Ramage.
With McNulty, well we've lost Goldy and I don't rate TK so that's it. McNulty for me is not a great centre-half, perhaps deserves a go at full-back. That's where he played for us initially and before at Brighton and their fans liked him there.

It's impossible to pick your first choice 11 as we've rarely seen Jennings play and we haven't seen McCourt play at all. They could easily both be first choice wingers but they could just as easily not feature at all.

Agree blivy. With Jennings, I went on the proviso that he was 'fully fit'. Also saw enough in the Wolves game to see that he's got the ability to beat a man or two (was only a friendly though :/ ).
