I have no probs anyway with teachers all i was tryin to say was the system is massivly flawed and is always gonna run out of money because there is too much goin out compared to whats goin in. My mother is Susan Riley and step mum is Barbara Riley .
Eric was an old mate of mine. He taught at Wombwell high for a short spell. He's retired now. My son in law met him in a gym a few weeks ago.
No for NI you pay an amount and the company you work for pays double for that employee. If you work for the gov,you pay your amount but the gov pays f##k all ,but you still take out of the system. If you work for a private co, the employer has to pay double what you pay
So I pay ni and a super annuation ? So I do contribute to a pension scheme where teachers have statistically the shortest life span after retirement than any other profession? They must make a bit out of teachers then!
Liverpool yes you are contributing to your pension ,quite well, but the government will also top up your pension with money sourced from the tax payer the government does not pay into the pot for you or any civil servants but you take out there for it is un sustainable. Where as any private co does pay into the pot for each employee. how many cival servants are takin out you do the math, it doesnt work
I don't think teachers have it easy but a lot have it worse, I just think they're stuck in their own bubble and don't see outside of that, it's like the firefighters who are striking over pensions when they have the best pensions going and retire earlier than most people.
You might contribute quite well but you are also taking out more than you are putting in and your company int contributing f##k all yet you think you deserve more. There isnt any more, same as every civil servant, fire fighters , police, the lot.YOUVE been livin off the system theres nowt left. We all do a good job nobody ever said it was easy
Most people live in a bubble and look after their own interests - teachers are no different. Difficult for people to react in any other way when they haven't had a decent pay rise in years while mps have just been given a ten grand pay rise. All in this together
I take it MPS is the Police which again is something that the tax payer has to fund. Ask around this forum and see if any body has a pay rise let alone a decent one
Ha ha oh MPs yep well same **** fella take f##kin take no thought for any c##t else lol. nIGHT ,nIGHT
