Has bought the license for the Euskatel cycling team. Very pleased to hear this but it shows how much money there must be in F1 if the top man can own a team of sportsmen at the top of their game in another very popular sport.

Raikkonen's new contract at Ferrari is worth 20 million a year. Essentially 1 million a race.

    Plenty

I like Kimi. But Alonso is the better driver/racer.
Hamilton and Alonso the most talented on the grid. I ought to say Vettel, too. But I remain doubtful that his success is 'all him'.
Fernando and Lewis have thrived despite **** cars at times. Vettel has had the best car since joining Red Bull, and gets updates that Webber doesn't.
No coincidence that every mishap at RB occurs on Mark's car.
As an aside, I hope Massa gets another drive. Top bloke. Sauber would be my guess if Nico goes to Lotus.

He is also a miserable git so yes dummies will be spat. Kimi is just as good a driver. So Lord it all you like, my opinion remains the same.

I thought that the reason that Webber has so many mechanical problems is due to his height and weight meaning that key parts of the car have to be positioned differently because Newey refused to alter the design of the car to fit him. I heard that a similar problem will effect Riciardo because he doesn't 'fit' into the current design either and Newey is reluctant to design an inferior car next season just for a minor problem such as his driver not fitting in the cockpit.

I agree. Immensly talented but also a little bit petulant at times. His time at McClaren springs to mind. Him calling his team idiots last week, his crying over radio that he couldn't see properly because vettel's rear light was shining in his eyes etc

I particularly liked in qualifying when he was too far behind Massa to get the tow he was complaining that Massa was driving too fast

There is no doubt that Alonso is one of the top 4 current drivers - it will be very interesting to see how he gets on with Kimi who is also a first rate driver - my feeling is Alonso may be a bit quicker but I am not sure.
I just dont like Alonso ( or Vettel)
I dont particularly like Lewis either - the likes of Kimi ,Jenson or Nico seem much nicer guys

Agree wholeheartedly. Alonso, Vettel and in my opinion Hamilton all seem to have a bit of a chip on their shoulder and believe that they deserve to be treated better and tro get away with more. People like Webber, Button, Kimi and Niki seem to be really down to earth and you can tell that they realise how lucky they are to be doing what they do.

Alonso's moaning about Massa being too quick was hilarious wasn't it. If he had been better he wouldn't have needed Massa to slow down for him.
