    What a great shame. The price of stamps has gone up sharply in recent years, but I still think it's almost magic that you can pay 60p and your letter gets to the other side of the country the next morning. It's a fantastic service imho and one that I'm fully expecting to fall apart should it all go private.

    I would think that they will introduce a complety new flexible price structure

    Never quite understood how the pricing works. When they are sorting do they leave the second class ones on the side for a day

    So they will introduce a more flexible system such as ???

    add a 3rd, 4th and 5th class.

    If its does get privatised they'll need a 'hope to god it fecking gets there class'

    So what do you think they will do if it gets privatised ? They will slow them all down and charge a LOT extra for a reasonably quick service (which will be the only one people actually want).
